SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC) not able to scan computers in Active Directory.

Getting this error. "Failed to able to connect to [] via WMI. Access is denied." Number: 0x80070005 Access Denied" error. I'm still researching for solutions. using "winrm quickconfig" tool didn't help, it says it is already configured.
