New parking theme from Uniregistry?

I checked some of my parking domain properties at Uniregistry today and saw a different theme, well actually the only theme.

And I noticed when you do updates e.g. title or category it will take a long delay. In the past, it will only take a few minutes (or less) to see your updates.
