Error – 0x80070bc2 for 2018 05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1709 for x64-based Systems.

Trying to install a security updates for Windows 10 Pro but not able to pass the last update for 2018 05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1709 for x64-based Systems it produced an error number 0x80070bc2.

I searched the internet for this error code 0x80070bc2 and found the following solutions.

• Run Command Prompt as administrator.
• Enter each commands.

SC config wuauserv start= auto
SC config bits start= auto
SC config cryptsvc start= auto
SC config trustedinstaller start= auto

Then, restart you workstation try to install the update again. You will see “Working on updates % complete” in progress.
