Heart Attack Signs and Symptoms

I subscribe to USA.gov website and received this newsletter today. I think it’s important for us to be familiar of the  five major signs and symptoms of a heart attack in women and men.  I don’t know about you but I did not know no. 3 and 4. Pain or discomfort in the jaw, neck, back, arm or shoulder is a sign of a heart attack.

Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the U.S. as of 2013, according to the Centers for Disease and Control Prevention. One of the five major signs of a heart attack is shortness of breath.

I think I need a refresher course for my cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) training, maybe someday I will be able to help members of the family or someone else who just need help.
