Google Meet

Looking for Zoom alternative, here comes Google Meet.

As many companies prepare for a future in which remote work is more common, we want to do our part to help your workforce stay connected and productive. That’s why we recently announced that we’re making Google Meet free for everyone. Meet takes advantage of Google Cloud’s secure-by-design infrastructure to help protect your data and safeguard your privacy.

For customers who are new to G Suite, we’re introducing a new way to get started quickly with Google Meet: G Suite Essentials, an integrated workspace that also includes Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides for modern content collaboration, Google Drive for cloud storage, and enterprise-grade support. G Suite Essentials works with your existing productivity tools, so you can get started immediately without having to migrate your email or calendar. If you’re interested in G Suite Essentials, please get in touch with our team and we can help get you started.

If you already have G Suite, Google Meet is included in your G Suite license and until September 30th, we’re granting G Suite customers free access to advanced features, including:

  • Larger meetings, for up to 250 participants per call
  • Live streaming for up to 100,000 viewers within a domain
  • Secure meeting recordings saved to Google Drive so you can share with employees who can’t attend

Check out what teams and organizations are doing with Meet, and please get in touch with our team if you have any questions about how to get started.

Did your remote meeting experience improve and feel secure? Let us know what you think?
